This week we talked about digital citizenship, digital literacy, ISTE standards for teachers and students and as well the SAMR and TPACK model. Below is two photos from our class website that we examines and compared to each other. We look for any words that we the same in each mapping concept.
ISTE stands for International Society for Technology in Education. "The ISTE presents stands of practice for teachers and students that will guide technology integration into teaching and learning environments." (http://dtl3239.weebly.com/iste-standards.html) To the right is a friendly poster that we looked at for ISTE.
The SAMR model stands for Substitution, Augmentation, Modification and Redefinition. TPACK "identifies the knowledge teachers need to teach effectively with technology." (TPACK.org) Below are the poster we looked at.
